We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required to deliver services
• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring they have the right to use any content, materials, or assets provided to us
• Making payments on time as agreed in the project proposal or service agreement

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for them, including website designs and custom-developed code. Proxium Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools, themes, plugins, or frameworks used in the delivery of services remain subject to their respective licenses.

Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Proxium Digital reserves the right to pause or suspend work if payments become overdue. Retainer and management services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed, with 30 days written notice required to cancel.

Proxium Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that service in the preceding three months.

While we apply best practices and strive for measurable results, Proxium Digital does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and can change at any time.
